What kind of logo do I submit?

We only use vector-based file formats. These include, .eps, .ai, corel files to name a few. All other formats will be charged a $50 conversion/ re-draw fee.

Can you match my company colors?

We use PMS Pantone color system to match your company’s logo/graphic color exactly. We give you the option to choose your own PMS color or we can match it for you. In addition to matching ink colors, we are also able to match the color of most of our USB drives to your company colors.

Do you offer payment terms or P.O.?

We do have a process for payment terms and P.O. payments. Please contact us for details.

How do I pay for my order?

We require Credit card or corporate check. Also we offer ACH wire transfer if you prefer.

Do you offer a product guarantee?

We offer a lifetime guarantee to ensure your drives are free of manufacturing defects.

What’s the “order process date”?

At PrintUSB, we consider your order process date the date in which artwork is approved and signed off, all paperwork has been reviewed and signed, and all payment or terms have been met. Without any of these, your order is not “in process”.

Why is 100 units the minimum?

We have a 100 unit minimum on all orders due to the cost of production. You will pay the same amount for 100 drives that you would for a less quantity. Due to manufacturing cost, if you order less than 100 units you will be charged a set-up and printing fee for each unit. If you order the minimum, those charges can be waived.

My company requires P.O. payments; can we order from you?

In certain circumstances P.O. or payment terms can be extended. This decision is made on a “per company” basis and will require vendor and bank references as well as a credit check.

I don’t see the drive I want?

If you find your perfect USB drive and you don’t see it on our site. Please give us a call. We have global resources and contacts world-wide. We are happy to check our inventory and availability on the drive of your choice. (Some of these orders will require longer lead times and may incur custom-order fees.)

I want to buy a drive as a corporate gift, what can you offer?

We have a wide range of products in every budget! We offer beautiful executive gifts from USB pens and leather USB drives to MP3 players. Give us a call and tell us your budget. We can find something for everyone.

Can you deliver to my event/ hotel/ trade show, etc?

Absolutely! Save yourself the extra shipping charge and hassle. Let us ship straight to your event. Your product will be waiting on you when you get there. Simply give us your booth number, or hotel address and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you have sample drives available?

We do offer sample drives on most products. Samples must be paid for with credit card or ACH. Depending on the model, some samples may not be available. Please ask our sales staff for details.

Do you offer discounts for referrals and repeat orders?

We are all about our clients. If you like our services and products, tell a friend. Your support won’t go unrewarded. Our repeat clients do have the opportunity to get discounted rates and specials on our products and services as well.

How long will my order take?

Plan about three weeks as these USB drives are manufactured for you. We have ways to get orders process faster, so call us to discuss if you have any questions or concerns.
